Bluecube move office to £7.1m Think Tank innovation centre

Bluecube are to move their Lincoln city centre office to the city’s new Think Tank Innovation Centre. The Think Tank, which cost £7.1m to build, is an innovation centre specifically designed to accommodate IT and technology companies. The high tech and energy efficient building boasts some of the best facilities in the East Midlands including video conferencing and first class web seminar facilities.
Building at the Think Tank was completed in 2009 and the building was designed by Mark Barfield Architects the architects responsible for the London eye. The building has many eco-credentials including ground source heat pumps, solar water heating and natural air ventilation.
